Delivery & Tracking

Shipping & Delivery

Our estimated delivery timeline is as follows:

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping transit time: 5-8 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 6-11 business days from order placement

Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the estimate. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required, no hidden fees. Your shipping cost at checkout will always be $0.

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the US, we are unable to fulfill your order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time through our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 24 hours after your shipping confirmation for the tracking to become active in the carrier's system.

We work with trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your shipment may vary depending on your location and the size of your package.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow up to 3 additional business days for carrier delays. If it still hasn't arrived after that, contact us at info@kyliesstudio.com with your order number and we'll investigate promptly.

Occasional delays can occur due to high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or incomplete shipping information.

Refunds & Exchanges

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. There are no restocking fees. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

All returns must be authorized before shipping anything back. Here's how:

  • Email us at info@kyliesstudio.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason
  • Our team will review your request and send you return instructions and the return address
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Ship the return using the instructions provided

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

It depends on the reason for the return:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover all return shipping costs
  • Change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified by email whether your return is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Yes, we accept exchanges for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Contact us at info@kyliesstudio.com with your order number and the exchange details. If the replacement item is available, we'll ship it once the original has been received and approved. If it's out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.

Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery, if original tags or packaging are missing, if the 30-day window has passed, or if the return was sent without prior authorization. For hygiene reasons, certain items may also be non-returnable. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Checkout & Payments

Orders & Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Absolutely. All payment transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other trusted gateways. Your payment data is encrypted during transmission using industry-standard SSL technology. We do not store your full credit card or payment details on our servers.

Orders can be cancelled before they enter processing. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@kyliesstudio.com. Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may initiate a return after delivery.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at info@kyliesstudio.com and we'll do our best to update the address before the order ships. Once the order has been handed to the carrier, we can no longer make changes. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@kyliesstudio.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Fit & Quality

Products & Sizing

Each product page includes a detailed size chart specific to that item. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements against the chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. If you're still unsure, contact us at info@kyliesstudio.com. We're happy to help with sizing advice.

We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and display calibration. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to contact us before ordering.

We specialize in women's occasion dresses across a wide range of styles and events, including:

  • Maxi, midi, and mini dresses

Some items may be restocked depending on availability from our suppliers, but many of our pieces are curated in limited quantities. If a specific item is sold out and you'd like to know if it will return, contact us and we'll do our best to let you know.

No, we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics tools), and they are contractually required to protect your information.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us directly. Even after opting out of marketing, you'll still receive transactional emails like order confirmations and shipping updates.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, as well as the right to restrict processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@kyliesstudio.com. We'll verify your identity and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
