Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day, which may add an extra day to the estimated delivery time.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside of the United States, we are unable to fulfill your order.
Shipping Cost
All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum order requirement. There are no hidden fees or surcharges added at checkout.
Carrier Services
We work with trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. The carrier assigned to your shipment may vary depending on your location and the size of your package.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery at any time through our Track Your Order page on our website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Possible Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times listed above, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These can include:

• Severe weather conditions or natural events
• Carrier delays, route disruptions, or operational issues
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow up to 3 additional business days before reaching out. If your package still has not been delivered after this extended period, contact our support team at info@kyliesstudio.com and we will investigate the matter promptly.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kyliesstudio.com. Cancellations can only be accommodated before the order enters processing. Once an order has begun processing or has been handed off to a shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at info@kyliesstudio.com. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, include the following in your message:

• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Kylies Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors provided by the customer.
