At Kylies Studio, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when they arrived
Have all original tags, labels, and accessories still attached
Be in their original packaging
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Returns showing wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will be rejected.
Items with missing tags, labels, or packaging are not eligible.
Returns sent without prior authorization from our team will not be processed.
How to Start a Return
Contact Us First
Email us at info@kyliesstudio.com with your order number and reason for return. Photos are helpful if there is an issue with the product. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
Follow Return Instructions
Once approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
Package Securely
Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Please ensure the package is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. However, if the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been accepted. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider and may take additional time beyond our processing window.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@kyliesstudio.com with details of the item you wish to exchange.
All exchange items must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all original tags attached.
- If you request an exchange and the replacement item is available, it will be shipped once the returned item has been received and approved. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kyliesstudio.com. Cancellations are generally possible before processing begins. Once processing has started, the order can no longer be canceled, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Email us at info@kyliesstudio.com with a clear photo of the issue, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or send the correct item at no additional cost to you.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any non-returnable items will be clearly indicated on their respective product pages. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order.
